HP sold this scanner in some countries as the ScanJet 3400. Note that HP drivers for Windows Vista or later will usually work on Windows 10. VueScan uses a plugin library that's installed with the HP drivers to talk to this scanner, and doesn't work with this scanner without this plugin library. If you haven't installed a Windows driver for this scanner, VueScan will automatically install a driver.
If you're using Windows and you've installed a HP driver, VueScan's built-in drivers won't conflict with this. VueScan is compatible with the HP ScanJet G3110 on Windows x86, Windows 圆4, Windows RT, Windows 10 ARM, Mac OS X and Linux.
Welcome to HP Support Community! Yes, there should be an HP Easy Scan version released for the new Mac OS. UPDATE: macOS Catalina 10.15.3 contains the fix for this issue.Once the macOS is updated you can scan from the glass and ADF as normal.
